In the state of California, is it mandatory that you meet the required financial responsible law on the vehicles you operate or drive. One of the common ways in which California residents meet such requirement is through purchasing auto insurance.

If you are stopped by a law enforcement officer for failing to stop in a stop sign and you were asked to show proof of financial responsibility but you failed to do that would mean paying fines which can go up to $500. Also, other penalties are to be imposed like you car being impounded and your driver’s license suspended. Las Vegas, Nevada mandates that all registered automobiles must have minimum liability insurance coverage of 15/30/10.
